When you get your item through our courier service, we take the responsibility until it reaches to you. You have to open the pack in front of the courier agent and if have any defect, you have to inform Vision Foto through the above number immediately and return the pack to the courier agent. Complaints about physical damages other than covered by the warranty (if applicable) after leaving the courier agent will not be covered.

Please be informed that products will not be issued or dispatched until the full payment is transferred to the company bank account
